Description

The machine has detected that the paper has been fed aligned to one side.

Resolution

1.      Load the paper into the centre of the front tray and then slide the paper guides to align with the both edges of the paper stack.

2.      Press the machine's [OK] button to dismiss the error.

1310/E10- Orange light blinking 10 times

Description:

Double sided printing cannot be performed (paper size not supported).

Resolution:

1.      The sizes of paper suitable for double sided printing are A4, Letter, A5 and 5"x7"

2.      Load correct paper size and press the [Resume/Cancel] button.
